Mrs. Laughter states that it has been an honor and privilege to be an educator for 27 years. She graduated from West Texas State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and went on to complete a Master of Education at West Texas State University. Mrs. Laughter believes in high levels of learning for ALL!
Mrs. Laughter is committed to keeping dreams alive for children. She knows that our future depends on the children's dreams today. She wants everyone to DREAM BIG!
