Mrs. Delaney attended school at Southwest Texas State University and West Texas A&M University. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Delaney taught in Amarillo ISD for seven years at Sleepy Hollow Elementary, teaching both 1st and 5th grades. She also attended West Texas A&M University where she received a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology and Mid-Management. Mrs. Delaney served as an assistant & associate principal for three years at Canyon High School and one year as an assistant principal at Greenways Intermediate School. She served two years as principal of Gene Howe Elementary before being promoted to the Director of Elementary Programs for Canyon ISD.   Mrs. Delaney enjoys being married to her husband, Brandt.
