   Angela Stephens is the Youth Center of the High Plains English Teacher. She is responsible for all levels of English instruction. She graduated from West Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in English, and then received her teaching certification through the PACE program. She enjoys reading, swimming, movies, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her little brothers. She is looking forward to a wonderful 2nd year at YCHP.
