NovaNET is a comprehensive, online program used in Canyon ISD for high school credit recovery and (in very limited cases) acceleration through self-paced courses.  

High school students needing credit recovery can be recommended for NovaNET by their counselor and registered in NovaNET after the approval of the associate principal at each high school campus. Students in alternative programs must receive counselor approval for participation, and the principal of alternative programs will approve registration of these students.
