Central Warehouse

ü  The Central Warehouse has two (2) main functions:

Ø  Central receiving and distribution for all District purchases

Ø  Inventory of low cost office, custodial & computer supplies for immediate purchases

ü  To obtain items from the warehouse, complete a Warehouse Requisition.  All Warehouse Requisitions should be approved the Principal/Department head, or employee’s supervisor before entering into the computer system.

ü  Warehouse Requisitions are generally delivered the following business day.  Once the items are delivered, the person receiving the items should certify that he/she has received all of the items as ordered on the warehouse “Delivery Log”.
