Resizing photos is very, very important for WebPages to open quickly.  Learn how to utilize Microsoft Office Picture Editor to resize pictures for the Web and edit pictures for better color, contrast, and brightness.  Use this tool to crop, flip, rotate, and correct red eye in photos, too.
