Technology Proficiency Program
All proficiencies must be completed using Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010.
Please look at the checklists, examples, and Internet links regularly. For each document there is an "Example with Callouts" provided with step-by-step instructions to complete each task assigned. Additions, clarifications, or helpful tips will be added as questions arise.
The PowerPoint examples are also listed above as .PDF files. The slide transitions and custom animations cannot be seen in .PDF format.
Several of the above documents were created in Acrobat Reader and are saved as .PDF files. To print in Acrobat Reader, please choose the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar instead of the Internet browser tool bar.
If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your home computer, you can download a free copy. All district computers should have Acrobat Reader loaded on them. If a district computer does not contain Acrobat Reader, please contact the campus Technology Assistant.
