Employee Discount Program

Canyon ISD's Employee Discount Program connects CISD employees to discounts offered by local businesses. Businesses can participate in the program by providing a free, discounted or special offer for full-time CISD employees with a badge.  In order to be considered, businesses must submit an online application.  Once submitted, we will review to ensure it aligns with our program guidelines and once approved, we will add to our list of available offers.

Educator Discount Resources

There are multiple websites and blogs that list merchants with special offers for all educators, not just CISD employeess. You are encouraged to explore these listings, as well as any of the others available. Here are two popular options that are regularly updated:

  • My Education Discount – A comprehensive directory offering discounts across categories like electronics, fashion, travel, etc. (My Education Discount Website).
  • ID.me Shop – Special teacher discounts on hundreds of brands (clothing, tech, travel, etc.) (ID.me Online Shop).

*Always verify your eligibility on the vendor site – some requre verification platforms like ID.me or SheerID.

As a Canyon ISD employee, accessing available discounts and offers through the Employee Discount Program is easy! You can browse the available offers by clicking the link to the left. You will be redirected to a Google Site. Then, visit the business and show your CISD ID badge to receive the offer at the time of purchase.


As new businesses join the Employee Discount Program, we will add them. Therefore, we encourage you to check back often to see the latest offers available.

Business Partership Information

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Canyon ISD Employee Discount Program! Inclusion in Canyon ISD's Employee Discount Program is FREE to participating businesses and provides your business exposure to all our employees. Our more than 1,800 CISD employees shop, eat, work and play in our Canyon/Amarillo community, and can provide word-of-mouth advertising for your business!

A few important factors to know:

  • A discount, special offer, or free item that does not expire in less than six months. Temporary (one-week only, etc.) offers cannot be supported with this program. We ask that the discount be available for at least 6 months from the time the offer goes into effect.
  • The program is offered to CISD employees year round and businesses may participate at any time.
  • The program is available to businesses located outside Canyon/Amarillo city limits. While CISD always encourages the support of the local business community, we also recognize that many of our staff members reside in other Texas communities. Many of our Canyon/Amarillo business have multiple locations across Texas as well.
  • Any activity considered harmful or illegal, will be declined participation in this program.
  • You will be notified, in a timely manner, of the participation status of your business offer as either “Accepted” or “Declined.”  


How to Participate as a Business Partner

Complete the online application. Once submitted, we will review your offer to ensure it aligns with our program guidelines and once approved, we will add it to our list of available offers. You will receive email confirmation once your offer has been approved.
