- Child is from a low income family: (bring proof of income – 2024 or 2025 income tax return)
- Family income is below $34,060 (family of 4)
- Family receives Public Assistance (TANF or SSI)
- Child is a foster child
- Child is homeless
- Child has a documented disability (bring documented paper work)
